Vouchers uploaded by 4:30 PM on Thursday, November 15 will be accepted for processing. Please forward this to whoever in your office processes the vouchers. NO ¢ENTS - IN VOUCHERS OR REFUNDS!!
If a refund includes cents, HEAB will send you a check returning those pennies to your institution. Our new system now accepts only full dollar transactions. Please use standard rounding when determining the dollar amount to be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Voucher requests with any amounts that are not whole dollars will be truncated (not rounded) when processed by the voucher program. These are avoided by rounding awards up in the fall and down in the spring.

For AES, fall requests MUST be $563 and spring $562. Any fall request that comes in at a different value (562.50 or 562) will be changed to $563.

SECURE HEAB SITES TO BE COMBINED
HEAB currently has a log-in site where you retrieve your files and another log-in site for voucher processing. In order to streamline the processes for schools we will be combining the two sites. There will be no change to your log-in information. During this process there will be some improvements and we will be addressing the problem of slow uploading and timing-out during uploads. The HEAB website will be down on Thursday, November 8 in the afternoon to accommodate this work.

WISSIS SURVEYS ARE DUE NOW!

IMPORTANT REMINDER! The deadline for returning the WISSIS Surveys is November 15. Technical Colleges should forward their completed surveys to Tom Heffron at the WTC System Office before November 15, so he can compile and submit a total WTC WISSIS report to HEAB by November 15. UW System Administration completes a single WISSIS survey for the entire UW System. Independent Colleges & Universities and Tribal Colleges, please return your WISSIS surveys directly to HEAB. Thanks to the following schools which have already submitted their surveys: Concordia, Lawrence, Beloit, Marquette, Maranatha, MSOE, Carroll, Marian, and Alverno!!

First Voucher for Second Semester is December 3, 2007
Vouchers must be submitted by semester.

FINAL VOUCHER FOR 0708 - MAY 16 (Friday)
We have moved the final voucher up a month to May. We need this extra time to ensure we have all funds spent with enough time left to finalize HEAB’s annual accounting procedures.
